The crowd-designing site Quirky and the famous household product company OXO are fighting over a couple of dustbins. Quirky is accusing it's rich neighbor ripping off their design, the Broom Groomer (which is currently available at Target for $9.99). The OXO Upright Dust Pan, currently sold at $19.99.
